The mission of Samoyed Rescue of Southern California is to provide sustenance, medical evaluation, treatment and shelter for stray or owner-surrendered Samoyed dogs, until appropriate permanent homes are arranged.
No salaries are paid and there are no employees. All labor is voluntary.
