PMAD TX's mission is to provide education and awareness about puppy mills in Texas; that they exist, the deplorable and inhumane conditions animals live in and die in and how they can be prevented and ultimately discontinued. We will promote education through events and provide informative material and resources to aid in the community awareness. Our main mission is to provide much information to the public in order to stop the abusive conditions and bring an end to all puppy mills by adopting from shelters and rescues.
