Animal Protective Association's Harmony House for Cats is a not-for-profit, cageless, no-kill shelter located in Chicago, Illinois. Opened in July 2012, our Platinum LEED adoption center showcases the cats in Chicago's greenest shelter. We receive no government funding and rely entirely upon contributions from caring animal lovers to provide for the cats and kittens. Since 1970, Harmony House has helped thousands of cats in need.
