Good to hear from you. I love to study the politics of dogs. The photo says a lot, but no human can truly know what is being communicated in this moment. I could easy make something up though and it would fit, lol.

Is that a picture of your dog. I too lost many pets and I know how heavy the heart can get. The best thing to do in your dog's honor, is to give a loving home to a new dog.

Yes, the picture is Stevie who died on 2/14/20 and I have not been ready for another dog until recently so now I am on the lookout!
